The reality

Brokers stall.
Banks ask for runway.

Operating businesses don't run on quarterly cycles. They run on payroll dates, vendor terms, and end-of-month obligations. The capital stack should match the rhythm — not work against it.

01

The file goes out, then it sits. Brokers shop the same statements to twelve funders, take weeks to come back, and the offer doesn't match what was pitched.

02

Bank financing wants a year you don't have. Two years of returns, audited financials, a relationship manager. Useful capital, wrong timeline.

03

The price moves at the table. Soft offer, then a stacked-position discount, then fees that weren't in the screenshot. Nothing matches the original quote.

How we work

One desk. One decision. One wire.

We're a direct funder — not a referral source, not a marketplace, not a broker dressed up in lender language. The capital comes from our balance sheet. The pricing you see is the pricing we write.

  • Files reviewed by the same desk that funds them
  • Factor rate, payback, and schedule disclosed before signature
  • No application fees, no third-party shopping, no surprises at closing
  • Built for end-of-month deal makers who need execution this week, not next quarter

What we stand for

Four operating principles.

These aren't marketing copy. They're how every file is handled, every quote is built, and every wire is sent.

01 — Architecture

Pricing built like a blueprint.

Factor rate, total payback, daily or weekly remittance, and term — all defined and disclosed before you commit. Nothing engineered to surprise you at closing.

02 — Velocity

Decisions sized to your calendar.

Most files receive a same-day term sheet. Once countersigned, the wire is initiated and typically lands within one business day. The clock matters when the month is closing.

03 — Discretion

Your file stays here.

Your statements aren't shopped to a dozen funders. We read the deposits, structure to the cash flow, and either fund or pass — without your information ending up on someone else's desk.

04 — Continuity

The same team after the wire.

Renewals, restructures, and second positions are handled by the people who wrote the original deal. Not a service queue. Not an offshore line. One contact, start to finish.

05 — Transparency

The math is on the term sheet.

You see the rate, the schedule, and the total payback before signature. If something changes during underwriting, you hear it from us — not from a wire that arrived short.

06 — Range

Stacked, seasoned, or scaling.

We read files with existing positions, seasonal swings, and irregular deposits. The structure follows the business — not a one-size-fits-all checklist that fails the second a deal doesn't look standard.

Ready when you are

If the month is closing, so is the window.

Submit three months of business bank statements and a short application. Most operations get a decision the same day.

Approach

A process built
around your timeline.

From submission to wire, every step is engineered for clarity, speed, and predictability. Here's exactly how a file moves through MT EOM 28.

Our commitments

What you can actually rely on.

Promises are easy to make in the funding business. Here are the ones we hold ourselves to on every file.

  • The rate you see is the rate we write. If anything changes during underwriting, you hear it from us — and you decide whether to proceed.
  • No file gets shopped.Your statements stay between you and our desk. We do not refer applications to outside funders.
  • Decisions arrive the same day.If we can't fund, we tell you the same day so you can move to the next conversation without losing your week.
  • The same team handles every interaction. From quote to wire to renewal — one desk, one set of eyes, one accountable point of contact.

End-of-month capital should arrive before end-of-month does. Everything we built is engineered to make that happen.

Programs

Capital structures
that fit the operation.

We write merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing — direct from balance sheet. Pick the structure that matches your cash flow, or let us build one with you.

Larger Files

Revenue-Based Financing

Capital advanced against measured revenue, with remittance tied to a fixed percentage of deposits. Built for businesses with strong, consistent top-line that want lighter daily drag and longer runway.

  • Advance range$100K – $1M
  • Factor rate1.18 – 1.38
  • Term6 – 18 months
  • Remittance% of deposits or fixed ACH
  • Time to fund24–48 hours

Built forEstablished operators with twelve-plus months of consistent revenue, lighter existing exposure, and capital needs above the standard MCA ceiling.

Existing Positions

  • Use case2+ active positions
  • OutcomeOne file, one payment
  • TermCustom by file
  • DiscountOften available
  • ReviewSame-day pricing

Built forOperators carrying multiple active MCAs whose combined daily debt service is choking working capital. We read the full stack and quote honestly.

Renewals

Continuation Capital

Once a file pays to a defined threshold, we write the next position with priority pricing and a lighter underwriting cycle. Built for operators who use MCA as a recurring tool, not a one-time event.

  • Eligible at50% paid down
  • PricingRenewal-tier rates
  • UnderwritingStreamlined
  • DecisionSame day
  • WireOften within hours

Common questions

Straight answers,
before you apply.

If something isn't covered here, send it through the contact form. Real questions get real answers — not a sales rebuttal.

How quickly can we close?
Most submissions receive a same-day term sheet. Once you countersign and we complete a short verification call, the wire is initiated and typically lands in your business account within one business day. The process is engineered for end-of-month timelines.
What does the financing cost?
Our products use a factor rate — a single number that defines total payback. You see the factor, the dollar payback, the term, and the remittance schedule before signature. There are no application fees, no origination layers, and no charges that aren't on the term sheet you signed.
What do you need to underwrite a file?
A short application and the last three months of business bank statements is the start. No hard credit pull at the application stage. Depending on advance size and existing positions, we may request additional documents — and we'll always specify exactly what.
Do you work with stacked files?
Yes. Existing positions are common in the operations we fund. Depending on revenue, deposit consistency, and current exposure, we can sometimes consolidate into one schedule, or write alongside existing positions at the right structure. We read the entire stack before we quote.
Are these loans?
No. Merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing are commercial transactions — the purchase of future receivables at a fixed rate. They are not consumer loans. APR does not apply. These products are not subject to state lending license requirements.
What are the baseline qualifications?
Generally six-plus months in operation, $15,000-plus in monthly revenue, and an active business bank account. Owner FICO matters but isn't absolute — strong deposits absorb a lot. Apply and you'll get an honest read on where you sit and what's available.
Are you brokers?
No. MT EOM 28 LLC is a direct funder. The capital is ours, the underwriting is ours, and the decision is ours. We don't refer files to outside funders, we don't shop your statements, and we don't sit on top of someone else's capital stack.
Who handles servicing and renewals?
The same desk that wrote the original file. No transfer to a service team, no offshore queue. You'll have a direct contact for restructures, renewal pricing, payment questions, and second-position conversations.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No. Statements and personal information submitted through our process stay between you and our desk. We do not sell or share your data, and SMS consent is never shared for marketing purposes.
What if I'm not approved?
You'll hear that the same day — with the actual reason, not a generic decline. Where we can, we'll suggest what could be added to the file (additional statements, revenue trend, debt clearing) to get to a different outcome next cycle.

Have a question we didn't cover? Ask, and you'll get a straight answer.

What We Don't Do

We're a direct funder, not a referral source

MT EOM 28 LLC funds merchant cash advance and revenue-based financing products directly from our own balance sheet. We do not broker SBA loans, we do not refer files to outside funders, we do not shop your application to third parties, and we do not earn referral fees on files we decline. If your operation needs a bank loan or SBA product, your bank is the right place to start — not us.

Our products are commercial financing transactions, not consumer loans. We do not hold a state lending license and do not need one for these specific products.
